Once we start a job, we aim to complete it in one visit. If subsequent visits are needed, they will be at agreed times.
We will always turn up when we have agreed to, in the case of unforeseen holdups, we will always attempt to contact you.
If our work is defective, we will put it right at no charge at the earliest opportunity (generally days, not weeks.)
